Unfortunately, we are unable to accept returns so please make 100% sure you are allowed to use in your desired area before purchasing. 

We do apologize about that. We aim to sell only high quality smoke effect products, however they are made in China by humans so there is room for error. If you received a smoke bomb that did not go off or function as intended, please take a close up picture of the product and email us at smokeinvasion@gmail.com and include your name (order number if possible) and what happened. Please include a picture and as many details as possible. we will make it right by either issuing a full or partial refund or by replacing the items.

Our smoke bombs have a fuse that needs to be lit. Look for the green coated, twisted or braided looking cord, it is taped to the side of the smoke stick. Un-tape it and use a lighter to light it. We recommend a barbeque or long lighter (instead of the short Bic lighter). Alternatively a butane torch lighter (like the kind used in creme brulee) lights smoke bombs quickly and easily. Make sure when lighting, the end of the smoke stick is pointed away from you or anyone else. It takes about 3-5 seconds to see the smoke start coming out. 

If used in close proximity (within 1-2 feet) of delicate materials, smoke bombs can discolor clothing. Often dry cleaning or washing in cold water in the machine will get the color out. Follow the clothing manufacture's guidelines for removing stains and discolorations.  We recommend standing 2-3 feet away from smoke to be on the safe side if this is a concern.

We do not recommend holding the smoke bombs as they do get hot and can burn hands. For the first 1-2 seconds, smoke will produce sparks that could possibly land on hands or arms if held. What we recommend is taping the smoke stick to an item such as a thin wooden dowel rod, skinny piece of PVC pipe or anything somewhat sturdy and holding that item. Smoke bombs may also be placed on the ground to create a colorful background in photos. 

They are not dangerous to breathe in, however, they are smoke and can have dangerous side effects if too much is inhaled. People with respiratory problems such as COPD, asthma, etc should exercise caution when around the smoke because it can cause certain populations irritations. 

Smoke bombs are great for gender reveals, graduation and Halloween photography and little kids sporting events outside where they can run through the smoke just like the pro players. Smoke bombs can be placed in pumpkins, cauldrons, mason jars and other items where they can billow out. Wind does affect pictures so ideally a day with little to no wind is what you are aiming for. Too much wind will disperse the smoke too much causing it to look thin in images. With every order we include a safety/tip sheet. Smoke bombs can be stored up to 10 years. They do not have an expiration date. Store smoke bombs in a dry area away from moisture for the longest shelf life.

Smoke bombs are intended for outdoor use. Using indoors can set off smoke alarms and sprinkler systems. Smoke is safest when used on concrete surfaces. We do NOT recommend using them in woodsy areas or spots where there is dry, flammable materials such as dry grass, weeds or dead trees. The sparks produced for the first 2-3 seconds upon lighting could land on flammable materials and potentially start a fire. Nothing replaces common sense. If in doubt about using them in certain environments, don't use them. 

Each State may have different laws concerning fireworks and the use of smoke bombs and sparklers. In addition to state laws, each city has its own set of rules regarding sparkler and firework usage. We recommended you check with your state, city, and venue before ordering to ensure items are permitted. 

All our smoke products are stocked year round. Orders placed before Noon MST Monday-Friday will ship out the same day. After Noon MST, weekends and holidays will ship out the following business day. We ship UPS ground so please allow 3-7 business days to receive your products.

Absolutely. We offer 24/7 free local pickup. Once you purchase your products, you will receive an email confirmation. Typically orders are ready to be picked up within a few hours. As soon as your order is ready to be picked up, you will get a 2nd email letting you know that you are free to come grab them along with pickup instructions and our address in Saratoga Springs, UT. (We are conveniently located off Redwood Rd. 10 minutes west of Lehi, and 30 minutes south of Salt Lake City).

Smoke bombs and sparklers are classified as a novelty fireworks and, as such, the United States Department of Transportation says that these items are ONLY allowed to be shipped via ground. Sparklers are NOT allowed on a plane, therefore, there is no expedited or overnight shipping option available. Utah Sparklers ships UPS, FedEx, and USPS ground.

Due to United States Department of Transportation restrictions, sparklers are NOT allowed on any plane. We ship sparklers to the 48 continental states only. We are not allowed to ship to Hawaii, Alaska, Guam or Puerto Rico.

Unfortunately we can NOT ship to a PO Box. Smoke bombs must be shipped to a residential or commercial address since we utilize UPS ground shipping for our products. You do not need to sign for the package. Our smoke bombs are not considered hazardous materials so they do NOT need to be shipped hazmat. Which means you don’t have to pay expensive shipping costs. 

We ship our smoke bombs and sparklers UPS ground due to Department of Transportation regulations. Please allow for 3-5 business days to receive your items. Please refer to the map for an estimated delivery date. Our items ship from Saratoga Springs, Utah. For example, if you are in Pennsylvania, your estimated delivery time is 3 days. Please keep in mind, once orders leave our hands, they are out of our control. We have no say over UPS and the weather and possible delays.
